Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for full-time in SNF and long-term care settings. Must be licensed PTA to apply. Compensation $25.00 - $32.00/hour and comprehensive benefits are offered.

You will provide PT services under supervision, assist in patient selection, collaborate with the care team, and maintain regulatory documentation to ensure high-quality outcomes. Join a team with 30+ years of care excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
