Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care teams on a full-time basis. Under supervision of a licensed PT, you will deliver treatments, support patient progress, and collaborate with the PT and broader care team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• An Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services under the supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referrals.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and correctly filed.
