Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF and long-term care teams in Illinois. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT, help identify appropriate patients, coordinate with the PT for evaluation, maintain documentation, and ensure physician orders are current. Must hold an active PTA license.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT following state guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
