Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in Lincoln, IL. You will provide PT services in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting under a licensed PT, with license requirements and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
