Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Michigan. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year.

The role is in a Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting with full-time schedule, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with the care team while maintaining proper documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• NBCOT certification is required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
