Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time Renewal Rehab position in Illinois. The setting is a skilled nursing facility/long-term care, with immigration support for H1B candidates and strong professional development opportunities.

You will provide OT treatments under supervision, support personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining compliant documentation and up-to-date orders.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an AOTA-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• NBCOT-COTA certification, if required by state.
• Current license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT.
• Assist in implementing personalized care plans focused on functional goals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
