Job summary

D Dairy Queen in Minnesota is looking for Crew members to join the front-of-house team. You will take orders, handle payments, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining area while delivering a great guest experience. Training will cover all stations and provide hands-on development in service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 14 years of age or older (16+ for daytime staff).
• Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take/enter orders accurately.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system.
• Maintain clean dining and guest areas; follow safety procedures.
• Explain menu items and suggest add-ons; deliver friendly service.
• Stock and maintain supplies; assist with other duties as assigned.
