Job summary

Ryder is hiring a permanent Stand-Up Forklift Operator in Minster, Ohio. The role involves warehouse tasks such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation in a clean, safety-conscious facility.

Eligible to earn productivity incentives and weekly pay, with sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits after 30 days. Flexible 44–55 hour weeks with shift options and ample advance scheduling for family planning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to be a team player and work within a diverse environment.
• Must be punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift and perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Assist with cycle counting and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain safety standards during all warehouse activities.
• Handle paperwork related to orders and shipments.
• Support maintenance and operation of automated packing systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
