Shifts are Day, with 44–55 hours per week and a two-month schedule in advance. We offer paid training, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to work within a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, and loading/unloading.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, B/Ls).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
