Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to comply with Pennsylvania Child Labor Laws.
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from your scheduled shift.
• Ability to follow uniform policies and safety regulations.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills with positive, professional interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with questions, and manage accurate transactions to provide an engaging customer experience.
• Smile and communicate with coworkers and guests.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment according to standards.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and food supplies while keeping area clean.
• Conduct transactions including credit and refund handling and loss prevention.
• Follow training guidelines and operate procedures for opening/closing shifts.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns promptly and positively.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and team safety practices.
• Assist leadership with additional duties as assigned.
