Qualifications

• Nursing diploma from an accredited school.
• Active RN license in Arkansas at hire.
• BLS/CPR certification at hire.
• ACLS required within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete patient assessment.
• Recognize significant changes in patient status and seek appropriate resources.
• Coordinate or collect physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results.
• Perform ongoing assessment according to unit policy.
• Document assessment in compliance with hospital policy.
• Maintain a plan of care.

Registered Nurse (AR) License

Basic Life Support (CPR)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 12 months
