Job summary

Bethany of the Northwest in Everett, WA is seeking a Float CNA NAC to cover days and evenings across three skilled nursing facilities. The role requires a flexible schedule with varying weekly patterns and shifts from 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm.

Pay ranges from $24 to $29 per hour, with DOE, base pay plus state addition and shift differential. We offer comprehensive benefits, including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 403b, and generous time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Washington state-approved CNA certification.
• Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNA, skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to think and work independently and with direction.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Good communication skills and bedside manner with a compassionate personality.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents.
• Implement specific procedures and programs within the unit.
• Coordinate work within the department and with other departments.
• Report pertinent information to the immediate supervisor.
• Assist the supervisor with tasks to support department operations.
