Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking an On-Call Float Caregiver (Lead Caregiver) to provide in-home care across regional clients within Tennessee. You will ensure reliable support, perform personal care tasks, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship while maintaining communication with the office.

The role emphasizes flexibility and responsiveness with shifts, last-minute coverages, and travel between locations. CNA certification and active TN CNA pay rate apply if eligible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA certification (active in TN) required for CNA pay rate.
• Valid driver\'s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Smartphone with active data service.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Offer companionship and daily living support.
• Conduct start-of-care visits and assist with shift coverage.
• Respond to last-minute calls and overflow assignments.
• Adapt to different clients and locations within service area.
