Job summary

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking an On-Call Float Caregiver (Lead Caregiver) to provide in-home care within the Clarksville region. The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and communication with the office to ensure coverage across client locations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of caregiving experience, a TN CNA certification for CNA pay, a valid driver\'s license, auto insurance, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA certification (active from the state of TN) required for CNA pay rate.
• Valid driver\'s license and auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Smartphone with active data service.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Offer companionship and daily living support.
• Conduct start-of-care visits and coordinate with office.
• Cover last-minute call-outs and overflow assignments.
• Travel to client locations within service area as needed.
