Coldwell Banker Premier is seeking a dependable Field Services Assistant to support our team with property visits and light fieldwork in and around Winchester, VA. This part-time, 1099 Independent Contractor role offers flexible daytime hours and a chance to earn by completing assignments.

You will assist with onboarding, inspections, photos, and basic property upkeep to ensure homes are well-presented for tenants and showings. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Smartphone with camera and ability to upload photos is needed.
• Strong attention to detail and dependable communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with property onboarding tasks including installing lockboxes, signage, and riders.
• Take and upload marketing photos and conduct initial inspections.
• Perform move-in/move-out inspections and document property condition.
