Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to offer flexible schedules for college students. No experience needed, and you can work within store hours with casual dress and a focus on accuracy and reliability.

As a part-time team member, you will gain initial training and participate in projects with a guaranteed minimum pay, plus upside as you demonstrate proficiency. Mileage reimbursement and 401k with match are included where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Smartphone with ability to download pricing app and receive work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks on time and with attention to project criteria.
• Represent the company professionally in grocery store environments.

• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
