Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications in Dyer County, Tennessee and surrounding areas. You will manage your own routing and schedule, with on-the-ground inspections typically lasting 5–6 minutes on-site.

Expect a per-inspection pay model and the opportunity for supplemental or full-time income on your own terms. Applicants must provide their own vehicle, smartphone, internet-capable computer, and printer, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role with control over routing, schedule and territory.
• Strong time-management skills required to meet deadlines.
