FAR Inspections is seeking reliable independent contractors to perform residential mortgage inspections in Duplin County, North Carolina and surrounding communities. You will conduct exterior occupancy verifications, managing your own routing and schedule to earn per-inspection pay on a flexible, 1099 basis.

With estimated earnings typical of $25–$35 per hour, this role offers autonomy, minimal on-site time (about 5–6 minutes per inspection) and steady monthly volume in a rural territory.

Qualifications
