Job summary

Becker & Company is seeking skilled and experienced Field Investigators to join our team on an as-needed basis. This role is perfect for a licensed investigator looking for flexible hours while providing expert investigative services.

We investigate all types of insurance claims including workers' compensation, suspected fraud, liability and aimed at mitigating expenses for our clients and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Possess strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Be dependable and able to meet deadlines.
• Be a self-starter capable of working with limited supervision.
• Experience conducting surveillance as a field investigator.
• Experience completing SIU claim investigations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to case manager instructions and review materials prior to activity.
• Complete video surveillance on identified individuals as required.
• Conduct investigations such as securing recorded statements, scene inspections, and document gathering.
• Write timely notes on each case assignment.
• Submit videotaped results, photographs, and recordings by the next business day.
• Meet client deadlines and communicate progress with the case manager.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information obtained.
