Job summary

MVI Field Services is seeking a Field Compliance Inspector in Fayetteville, NC. You will perform visual inspections of Underground Storage Tank (UST) systems and fuel pumps at major convenience store chains, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Extremely flexible position with autonomy and on-site field work. No prior inspection experience is required as training is provided. Must be able to travel overnight and maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Requires valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to perform inspections in outdoor environments.
• Candidate must be comfortable with overnight travel and field-based work.
• Training provided; no prior inspection experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maintain the company service truck.
• Occasional overnight travel; company expenses covered.
• Inspect USTS and fuel facilities for regulatory compliance.
• Replace components and maintain vehicles and equipment.
• Submit reports and expenses monthly and timely.
