Far Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications across Kauai County, HI. This 1099 role offers a flexible schedule, with pay on a per-inspection basis and an average potential of $25–$35 per hour equivalent through efficient inspections.

You will manage your routing and territory, perform quick on-site checks (5–6 minutes), capture 9+ photos, and submit reports via mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Must manage own schedule and territory effectively.
• Own reliable vehicle and have a smartphone (Android or iPhone) with reporting apps.
• Computer with internet and printer for uploading reports and maps.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
