Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Kitsap County, WA. You will control your routing, schedule and territory, with inspections designed to be quick on-site visits.

Paid on a per-inspection basis, earnings align to an hourly equivalent of $25–$35, with roughly 5–6 minutes on-site per inspection. Expect 5 inspections per month in Kitsap County and strong autonomy in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on industry-standard indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports using mobile apps.
