Far Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Watauga County, NC. You manage your routing, schedule, and territory, with brief exterior visits and fast 5–6 minute inspections on-site.

You’ll drive, use mobile reporting apps, and submit brief reports while maintaining reliability and meeting deadlines. This is a 1099 opportunity with flexible, supplemental or full-time income potential.

Qualifications

• Own reliable vehicle.
• Smartphone capable of running mobile reporting apps.
