FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Potter County, South Dakota and surrounding communities.

This 1099 role offers autonomy to set your schedule, requires you to drive, capture 9+ photos, and report via mobile apps; typical inspections take 5–6 minutes on-site. Compensation is per inspection with an hourly equivalent of $25–$35.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor must provide own equipment including a reliable vehicle, a smartphone, and a printer or computer with internet access.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on industry-standard indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports using industry-standard mobile applications.
