Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Bon Homme County, SD and surrounding areas. This is a flexible, 1099 position where you control your schedule, routing, and territory.

Inspections are brief and exterior, typically 5–6 minutes on-site, with pay on a per-inspection basis that equates to about $25–$35 per hour. Contractors provide their own vehicle, smartphone, printer, and internet-enabled computer to report findings.

Qualifications
