Job summary

RDSolutions offers a flexible side gig as a Research Associate, where you control how much you earn and choose when to work. You must have reliable transportation to start making money and complete assignments efficiently.

Our program provides detailed training, a guaranteed hourly minimum in wage-floor areas, and the ability to earn through productive, independent work across grocery stores within your schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Collect items in grocery store aisles as assigned.
• Follow preplanned routes and schedules within client windows.
• Receive detailed training to maximize efficiency in each store.
• Work flexible hours and earn based on productivity with a guaranteed minimum in wage floor areas.
