Qualifications

• Real estate license in your state and willingness to affiliate with Redfin exclusively.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS; or willingness to obtain them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities
