Job summary

Soma at The Summit Reno is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and deliver personalized service in a customer-centered environment. You will share product knowledge, engage in authentic conversations, and help create a seamless shopping experience across in-store and online channels.

The role requires a team-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. 16+ in NV permitted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old in certain states and 18 in others.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-centered experience reflecting our hospitality culture.
