Job summary

P.F. Chang’s in Scottsdale is hiring for an Expeditor/Expo to support takeout and dine‑in operations. You will help ensure craveable food reaches guests promptly and accurately.

We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement with paid on‑the‑job training. Must be at least 18 with relevant restaurant experience preferred and a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Have a Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast‑paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
