Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC invites a dedicated Exercise Physiologist to join our skilled nursing/long-term care team on a full-time basis. You will develop and coordinate exercise and wellness programs under supervision to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science.
• Certification preferred
• CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Meet with patient/clients to establish medical histories, exercise histories and exercise goals.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate exercise and wellness programs for patients/clients under supervision of a physical therapist or physician.
• Develop individualized exercise plans.
• Provide clinical oversight of exercise program.
• May perform diagnostic tests as indicated to assess health and fitness.
• Ensure all patient/client documentation is completed in a timely fashion.
• Exercise Physiologist performs all other duties as assigned.
