Job summary

Emcareers is seeking a Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a 12-month locum opportunity in Arkansas. This assignment offers flexible scheduling with a minimum commitment of three shifts per month in a well-supported Emergency Department.

The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat ED patients, collaborate with specialty consultants, and provide high-quality emergency care in a community hospital setting with Meditech EMR.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or ABOEM).
• Active Arkansas medical license and Arkansas DEA.
• Board certification and ability to work with APPs and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat emergency department patients.
• Manage a broad range of medical and traumatic emergencies.
• Collaborate with specialty consultants and APPs.
• Provide high-quality emergency care in a community hospital setting.
