Job summary

YMCA of Greater Houston seeks an enrichment program facilitator to plan and deliver engaging activities that promote youth development. You will create a welcoming environment, adapt lessons for diverse learners, and ensure safety and inclusivity in both indoor and outdoor spaces.

You will also track attendance, report findings, and collaborate with staff to evaluate and improve programs while maintaining strong communication with families and participants.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with children and adults.
• Ability to adapt instruction for diverse learning needs and backgrounds.
• CPR, First Aid, AED certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver enrichment lessons or activities.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment.
• Track attendance and maintain records as directed.
• Support program evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• Maintain professional communication with children, families, and staff.
