Job summary

The Children''s Cabinet is seeking an Early Childhood Support Network Teacher (I-III) to provide temporary care in licensed centers and family homes. This full‑time role may involve a variable schedule and requires completion of training to meet basic child care criteria.

You will care for children aged from 6 weeks to school age, interact with diverse families, and handle required paperwork and ongoing training. A Nevada Driver''s License and 30 hours/year CEU are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in a licensed child care setting.
• Must obtain 30 hours a year of continuing child care education approved by the Nevada Registry.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with the program coordinator.
• Work assignments may be daily or weekly with flexibility.
• Comply with policies of licensed child care facilities.
• Care for up to six children in licensed family child care settings.
• Complete all required paperwork and ongoing training.
• Understand and comply with state child care regulations.
• Maintain and update ECSN program and training materials.
• Participate in ongoing mandatory training.
• Serve children from diverse backgrounds, including non-English speakers.
• Perform other duties to support agency operations.
