Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma and 2 years of licensed child care experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• Must have valid Nevada driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Availability Monday–Friday 7–6 with possible evenings/weekends.
• Minimum of 30 hours/year continuing education approved by the Nevada Registry.
• Able to travel to various work sites and adapt to multiple licensed settings.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with the program coordinator.
• Flexibility in daily/weekly child care assignments.
• Ensure compliance with policies of licensed centers or Family Child Care homes.
• Independently care for up to six children in various settings.
• Complete all paperwork and ongoing training requirements.
