Job summary

Learning Care is hiring an Assistant Teacher to join our Colorado child care team. You will help care for children in a safe, engaging classroom, following licensing guidelines and company standards. You will observe, plan activities, and communicate with families to support each child’s development.

Qualifications

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
