Arbor Associates in New Haven, CT is seeking Direct Support Professionals for multiple shifts across evenings, overnights, and weekends. The role supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and social engagement.

Shifts available: 3pm-11pm and 11pm-9am, plus 9am-3pm on select weekends. Per diem positions offer flexible schedules with a reliable hourly pay of $19–$20, direct deposit, and on-site training at North Haven site

Responsibilities

• Support adults with IDD in daily living activities, including mobility and meals
• Provide personal hygiene care and assistance with ADLs respectfully
• Follow individualized support plans and respond to behavioral needs calmly
• Document daily observations and service delivery accurately
• Complete 3 days of required training at North Haven, CT before placement
