Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our community-based team serving individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities. These independent contractor roles offer flexible hours and opportunities to make a real difference in people’s daily lives.

Join one of our 18 locations, including the Homestead area, and work as an independent contractor with weekly compensation. Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient care approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to handle varying assignments and schedules.
• Willingness to complete background checks and have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in developing daily living and social skills.
• Engage in activities to promote independence and community participation.
• Maintain required 24 hour annual training and follow program guidelines.
