Job summary

The Vocational Training Center in Fargo, ND is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join our CREATE Employment Services team. You will provide employment-related support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community settings and workplaces.

Shifts are available 7 days a week between 7 am and 10 pm, with paid training and flexible scheduling to fit your needs. The role invites compassionate, team-oriented individuals committed to helping others achieve

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current Driver's License.
• Use of personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
• Prefer experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing on-the-job instruction and mentorship to individuals in the community.
• Supervising 2-3 person teams fulfilling service requirements for local businesses.
• Consulting with employers to identify training needs to improve performance.
• Assisting individuals with job searches and engaging with employers for opportunities.
