Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support in Boonton, NJ. The role includes assisting with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

We offer paid onboarding, training, weekly pay, growth opportunities, and a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments for 20+ hours/week. Starting pay ranges from $23 to $33 per hour depending on acuity, with full- and part-time options.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment
• Communicate with Abound Health team members, families, and external parties as needed
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules
