Alpha Management Services, Inc seeks a Paraprofessional/Direct Support Professional to support a 4-year-old boy with autism and developmental disabilities in his home and community. The role includes respite support to the primary caregiver and helping implement the Individual Support Plan (ISP).

Responsibilities include supervision, ADLs assistance, safety, recreation, and timely documentation. A compassionate, professional presence and reliable transportation are important for success in this

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for position)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• CPR/FA and NCI (on-site training available)

Responsabilités

• Provide supervision and care in the home and/or community setting
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (e.g., hygiene, dressing, meals as needed)
• Ensure a safe, structured, and supportive environment
• Engage individuals in recreational and social activities
• Follow the Individual Support Plan (ISP) and caregiver instructions
• Monitor for health, safety, and behavioral concerns and report as needed
• Maintain professional boundaries while working in the home
• Complete accurate and timely documentation (service notes)
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
