Job summary

Shawmut Services is seeking enthusiastic Door Knockers to help get out the vote for Democrats in Maine. As independent contractors, you’ll set your own schedule, knocking on doors and talking to voters about the upcoming election.

Each completed packet pays $150 and takes about three to four hours. You can complete packets on your own time, and additional opportunities may follow after the first successful packet.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status required.
• Willingness to engage with voters door-to-door.

Responsibilities

• Door-to-door visits to speak with voters in your community or surrounding region.
• Explain the importance of voting and upcoming election.
• Complete an online briefing outlining contract responsibilities.
• Enter data from conversations into a mobile app.
