Job summary

The School District of Milton is seeking a Permanent Substitute Special Education Aide at Northside Intermediate School. This role is employed through Kelly Education but managed by the School District of Milton, with 7.25-hour days and up to 36.25 hours per week.

Assignments may vary across buildings based on substitute and student needs, with flexible daily schedules. Compensation starts at $17.70 per hour for the first 19 days and will increase to $18.30 per hour, retroactive to day one.

Qualifications

• Assists teachers with students with disabilities across academic, social, emotional and behavioral support.
• Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Capable of lifting up to 80 pounds and performing related clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in classrooms as a substitute aide across district buildings.
• Provide transportation and support as needed.
• Perform clerical duties and potential personal care tasks as required.
