Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen and facility operations at Troy University in Troy, AL. Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• No related work experience.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety concepts.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweep, mop, clean and vacuum floors.
• Remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Clean equipment with chemicals to maintain sanitary standards.
• Restock supplies like soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials.
• Walk or move around the facility during shifts.
• Stand for extended periods; shifts may exceed 8 hours.
• Lift up to 35 pounds regularly; up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Attend work on time and with regularity.
• Other duties as assigned.
