Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, grooming, and transportation.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals set and reach personal goals while promoting independence and self-advocacy.
• Accurately document care, activities, and progress; communicate with the care team to ensure quality support.
