Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in healthcare, clinical setting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and tables according to food safety standards.
• Prepares, portions, and serves food for patients and staff per diet requirements.
• Assembles and delivers patient meal trays, ensuring accuracy with diet orders.
• Reviews and updates patient dietary information and assists with menu selections.
• Stocks, organizes, and rotates food, supplies, and equipment in work areas.
• Operates dish room equipment, food prep equipment, and cash registers following safety procedures.
• Greet and serve customers, fulfill cashier duties, and respond to special requests professionally.
• Prepares reports related to cash transactions, inventory, and meal census.
• Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures for handling chemicals and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
