• Prepares, portions, and serves food for patients and staff following diet orders.
• Assembles, delivers, and collects patient meal trays with accuracy.
• Processes menus and diet orders, updates patient dietary information.
• Stocks and rotates food, supplies, and equipment in work areas.
• Operates dish room and food prep equipment safely.
• Greet customers, provide cashier duties, and respond to special requests.
• Maintain records related to cash transactions and inventory.
