Qualifications

• DDS or equivalent degree from an accredited dental school.
• Unrestricted Minnesota dental license.
• DEA registration, CPR certification (BLS) current.
• Strong English communication; other languages a plus.
• Ability to obtain malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical dental services and preventive care to patients.
