Job summary

RPM Pizza, a large Domino’s franchise, is hiring Delivery Drivers (Part-time) for the RPM Pizza team. The role involves delivering orders, upholding brand standards, and providing friendly customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants should be 18+, have at least 2 years of driving experience, and possess a valid license with a safe driving record. A dependable vehicle or company vehicle is required. Team discounts and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
