SYNERGY HomeCare of Central IL is hiring Home Care Aides with daytime availability from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You can choose clients, hours, and locations to fit your life while making a real difference in clients’ daily lives.

As a caregiver, you’ll help with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, and transportation. Training is provided, with weekends on-call and earning opportunities, plus stipends and benefits through a supportive, mentor-based team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and helpful attitude toward clients.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Ability to communicate clearly and assist clients physically.
• Experience welcomed, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Provide specialized care as needed (training provided).
