Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking part-time delivery/collection associates to work with flexible hours and independent schedules. You will receive training and control how much you earn based on posted assignments and your efficiency.

Applicants must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds. This role involves working in grocery store environments and standing for shifts with cold-temperature exposure.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Smartphone with ability to download the company pricing app and receive work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliable to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerator/freezer areas.

Responsibilities

• Follow preplanned routes and collect projects within client windows.
• Work independently with flexible hours to maximize earnings.
• Receive training to maximize efficiency for each store assignment.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet project criteria.
• Earn by completing assignments with guaranteed minimum where applicable.
